• These reservations are final and non-refundable.
• Any changes to your reservation time or guest count must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that all changes are subject to availability.
• If you are unable to attend, we can reschedule your visit within the same calendar year, provided we are notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• The deposit goes toward your final bill and is fully consumable. Please note that it does not include or apply toward the service charge/gratuity.
• Please remember that the maximum capacity per table is 8 guests.

• We currently do not offer self-parking or valet parking services.
• Please remember that seating areas in the restaurant are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
• Dining space is limited, so please let us know in advance if you require space for a stroller or wheelchair so we can accommodate you comfortably.
• Our main dining room is a pet-free space; pets are welcome on the terrace only. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• If you require a tax invoice (factura), please remember to ask for your receipt. (Note: Invoices cannot be issued outside of the current calendar month).

To ensure an excellent pace of service for all our guests, we suggest the following table time limits:

• 1 to 2 people — up to 2 hours
• 3 to 4 people — up to 3 hours
• 5 to 8 people — up to 3 hours
